Every building is built at UMB's headquarters in Rock Falls, IL, where we ensure everything meets your exact specifications.

On-Site Installation
UMB will call five days ahead to schedule your installation. Most builds take 1–4 days, followed by a walk-through for final sign-off.
20 YEAR FRAME WARRANTY
We back all our building frames against extreme 120 MPH wind damage for 20 years. No need dealing with third-party or even out-of-the-country vendors.

Lead times depend on a few factors. If you have your foundation ready and have acquired any necessary permits from your city and county, the lead time is approximately four weeks. Lead time waiting period starts the moment you approve and sign the quote.
The cost of a metal building depends on several factors, including location, size, design, and any custom specifications you choose. Since UMB handle both the manufacturing and installation ourselves, we ensure reliability and quality at every step.
To get an accurate estimate, we recommend using our 3D Design Tool, where you can customize your building and see pricing based on your selections. This tool helps you visualize your project and determine the features that best fit your budget.
- 1 year of workmanship
- 5 year warranty on 14-gauge steel
- 20 year warranty on 12-gauge steel
- The rust on the steel must be throughout the metal and customer must have been correctly maintaining the building.
If there are any issues, please contact us at (715) 781-7472. A service order will be issued, and an installer will go to your location to fix the issue. You must provide pictures of the problem areas before our installers head out.
